Terms of Service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Citinet Solutions, LLC, which runs Snaggo (“Snaggo,” “we,” “us”). They cover snaggo.ai, our emails and our text alerts. By creating an account, buying a plan or turning on alerts, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Snaggo.
1. What Snaggo does (and doesn’t do)
- You tell us a restaurant or experience, dates, a time window and a party size. We check for openings and send you a text and/or email with the official booking link when one matches.
- We never book, hold or pay for a reservation for you. You book it yourself on the official Disney or Universal site, under their rules and fees.
- We never log into your Disney or Universal account and we never ask for your park-account password.
- We can’t guarantee availability. An opening can be gone by the time you tap the link. Alerts can be late or missed, for example when a park site is down, blocks automated checks or changes how it works, or when a text or email is delayed by a carrier or inbox.
- Snaggo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Disney Parks, Universal Orlando, Universal Parks & Resorts, or any restaurant, hotel or booking site we mention. Their names are used only to identify the places you can watch.
2. Your account
You need to be at least 18 to buy a plan or sign up for texts. Keep your email, password and phone number current and private; you’re responsible for activity on your account. One person per account, please.
3. Plans and prices
- Free: up to 3 Disney watches and 8 alert emails in total. No texts. No card needed.
- Trip — $9, one-time: 60 days of unlimited watches, text and email alerts, Universal, and Anywhere (Beta). It ends after 60 days. It does not renew and we never charge you again unless you buy another Trip.
- Unlimited Monthly — $14 a month: everything in Trip, for as long as you keep it. It renews automatically every month and your card is charged $14 each month until you cancel.
- Unlimited Yearly — $99, one-time for 12 months: everything in Trip, for 12 months. It does not renew automatically. It renews only if you buy it again.
Prices are in US dollars and include any fees we charge. Payments are processed by Citinet Solutions, LLC through our card processor (NMI); your statement may show “Citinet Solutions.” We don’t store your full card number. If we ever change a price, it applies only to purchases or renewals after we tell you by email, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Features marked Beta (Anywhere and Favorites) are included at no extra cost but may change, work only on some pages, or stop. Anywhere (Beta) saves any public booking link you paste as the Book link on your watch, and alerts on Disney and Universal pages we map.
4. Automatic renewal (Unlimited Monthly only)
When you buy Unlimited Monthly, you agree that we will charge the card you gave us $14 at the start of each monthly period, starting on your purchase date, until you cancel. We show this before you pay, and your receipt email confirms it along with how to cancel. Trip and Unlimited Yearly never renew automatically.
5. How to cancel
- Online: sign in, open Account → Billing and tap Cancel auto-renew.
- By email: write to support@snaggo.ai from your account email and say you want to cancel. We’ll confirm by email.
Cancelling stops all future charges. It takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for: you keep Unlimited until then, and then your account moves to Free. Your watches stay saved.
6. Refunds
- Trip: a Trip is non-refundable, including unused days.
- Unlimited: we don’t give partial refunds for the rest of a month or year. Cancel any time to stop future monthly charges.
- If we charged you by mistake, we’ll fix it and refund the mistaken charge. Nothing here limits any refund the law requires.
Questions about a charge? Email support@snaggo.ai from your account email. If something went wrong, please email us before disputing the charge with your bank. We can usually fix it faster.
7. Text alerts (SMS program terms)
- Program: Snaggo alerts. Texts tell you when an opening matches one of your watches, plus account notices about those alerts.
- Texts are only sent after you give your mobile number and agree to receive them.
- Message frequency varies with your watches and how often openings appear.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email support@snaggo.ai.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- We don’t sell your number or share it for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- resell alerts or openings, or use Snaggo to book reservations for resale;
- share, sell or rent your account;
- scrape, copy or overload snaggo.ai, or try to get around plan limits;
- use Snaggo to break the law or another site’s rules, or to harass anyone;
- paste links to private, login-only or medical pages into Anywhere.
We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close a paid account for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we’ll refund the unused part of your plan.
9. No warranty and limits on liability
Snaggo is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that you will get any particular reservation.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed reservation, travel costs, or fees charged by Disney, Universal or a restaurant. Our total liability for any claim about Snaggo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Please email us first; most problems can be solved that way. Any dispute that can’t be settled will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there. Either side may use small claims court if it qualifies.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above, and for important changes, such as anything about price, renewal or refunds, we’ll email account holders before the change takes effect. If you keep using Snaggo after that, the new terms apply. If you don’t agree, you can cancel as described above.
