FAQ

Does Snaggo book the table?

No. We never hold it. The alert has the official booking URL.

How fast are alerts?

The watcher checks around the clock and sends your SMS/email alert the moment we find a match.

Is this affiliated with Disney?

No. Not Disney, Universal, or any restaurant we mention.

When does the 60-day dining window open?

Walt Disney World: 6:00 AM Eastern, 60 days out. Disneyland: 6:00 AM Pacific. Disney Resort hotel guests can book the entire stay (up to 10 nights) from 60 days before check-in. Off-site guests book one date at a time. Dining at the hotel does not need a park ticket; in-park restaurants do. Full 60-day window guide.

Is $9 cheaper than paying per restaurant?

Yes. Other alert apps often charge from $5 per restaurant. Three hard tables is $15. Trip is $9 for unlimited watches for 60 days — not $9 per restaurant.

Is a table guaranteed?

No. Snaggo tells you when a matching time shows up; it can't promise one will. Popular tables can be taken again quickly, so book as soon as the alert arrives.

Does Snaggo log into my Disney account?

No. Snaggo never logs into your Disney or Universal account. You sign in on the official site when you book.

Can I watch Universal Orlando restaurants?

Yes, on Trip or Unlimited. The Free plan covers Disney watches by email only. Universal restaurants we watch.

How do I get help?
