Analytics: we use PostHog and Google Analytics on snaggo.ai to see how the site is used: page views (which pages, the site that sent you, basic browser and device info), clicks on links and buttons on our public pages, and anonymous usage events such as account created, watch created, Favorites search (first 3 digits of the ZIP only) and checkout started, with the plan but never your name, email, phone or card. We remove query strings from web addresses before anything is sent (except campaign tags like utm_source). We don't record sessions or capture what you type. Analytics never loads on checkout, the card form, sign-in, sign-up, account or admin pages, and no card data is ever sent. When a payment succeeds, our server sends PostHog one anonymous event with the plan and amount. PostHog sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies (_ga) to count visits. Google advertising features are off.

What we collect

Email, optional name and address, optional phone for texts, watch settings, and payment totals we must keep for tax. We do not store full card numbers. Cards tokenize through Citinet Solutions on NMI. We don't take Apple Pay.

Texts

Text alerts are sent through our SMS provider, Twilio, only to numbers that opted in. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We don't sell your number or share it for marketing.

Cookies

Session cookies for sign-in. Google Analytics for traffic. No emails or cards go to GA.

Your data

US customers can email support@snaggo.ai to download or delete an account. Payment totals we must keep for tax stay on file without your card or name.
